Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, optional company website, headquarters country or region, industry, China market stage, expected entry timeline, primary challenge and message. The optional diagnostic follow-up form asks for a smaller set of contact details and may include the score band and top priorities you choose to submit.
We use this information to review your request, assess working fit, respond and manage the resulting business conversation. We do not require a personal China phone number, WeChat account or unnecessary sensitive information.
How submissions are handled
Submissions are stored in Wayne’s existing website lead database and may be delivered to the company’s existing internal Feishu notification channel. English fields are retained as international lead fields and are not reclassified as Chinese revenue, phone or WeChat data.
Access is limited to authorised people responsible for website operation and client enquiries. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Diagnostic results
The China Market Readiness Diagnostic calculates results in your browser using fixed rules. It shows the result immediately and does not require an email address. A session draft may be stored in your browser so you can return during the same browsing session.
If you voluntarily submit the follow-up form, the score band and top priorities may be included so Wayne can understand the context. The diagnostic does not provide legal, tax, regulatory or guaranteed commercial conclusions.
Website measurement
The site uses the existing analytics configuration to understand page use and non-personal conversion events. English events may include CTA clicks, form start and submission, diagnostic start and completion, case-study and article views, and language switching.
These analytics events do not intentionally include your name, email, company, website or message. Standard technical data such as page path, device and browser information may be processed by the website and configured analytics services.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry information only for legitimate business follow-up, operational records and applicable obligations. You may ask Wayne to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legitimate record-keeping requirements, by using the contact form and clearly stating the request.
International and specialist matters
This notice concerns Wayne’s website and consultation enquiries. Company registration, tax, legal, trademark, industry approval and statutory compliance matters must be handled by appropriately qualified professionals under their own privacy and engagement terms.
Contact
Use the English contact form or email wayne@waynebrand.cn for a privacy question. Do not submit confidential client data or sensitive personal information through the general form.
